This is your permission to halt the momentum: we provide the silence and the setting for you to unplug from the grind and reconnect with yourself. Through the practice of yoga and breathwork sessions, learn to return to your center, find your balance, and emerge ready to navigate life with a clear mind and a full heart—so that when you finally press start, you do so with a life that feels like yours again.

Holistic Approach

Our yoga is an invitation to gently return to and reconnect with your body. We offer a multidisciplinary approach that blends the mindful dynamism of fluid sequences with the regenerative stillness of deeper practices, with a specific focus on functional anatomy.

The goal is to adapt the practice to your unique structure, respecting your timing and your limits without forcing the body into a predetermined shape. Through the study of the energy meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work to help regulate a nervous system that is often fatigued.

Our daily yoga and movement sessions are designed to restore balance, strength, and ease in both body and mind. Through mindful movement, you’ll release tension, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Guided by an exceptional Italian instructors, each practice is rooted in expertise, presence, and a deep respect for the body.​

In today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world, conscious breathing is no longer a luxury, it’s essential. Our breathwork sessions help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore mental clarity and emotional balance. Led by a highly experienced instructor who has worked across the globe, these practices offer powerful tools you can carry long after the retreat ends.​

Nourishment is a form of care that extends far beyond the meal itself and lies at the heart of Italian culture. For this reason, we will dedicate a special moment to creative sharing through a cooking class based on local, seasonal ingredients. It is about togetherness. we will prepare what we will later enjoy, culminating in an aperitivo where a selection of regional wines or alcohol free options accompanies conversation and connection among guests.
